2. Description du poste  

Contexte SODEICO is recruiting for a company specialized in Brewery. The purpose of the job is to contribute to the achievement of company goals by supporting the business (the other HR colleagues especially) with expertise in the area of HR Administration, Labor Relations and legislation; the scope of the role is Kinshasa and HQ, with a good level of cooperation with the sites. The HR Administration team is responsible for the implementation of the HR related decisions taken in the organization.  The Industrial Relations Manager is the main point of contact of the National Union Organization  
Mission • Coordinates the relation with the National Union Organization in BRALIMA • Leads the Annual Union Negotiation process together with the HRD by organizing, inviting the parties, coordinating the strategy, supporting implementation and follow-up • Custodian of the work legislation in DRC: making sure that the HR department is up to date with all the legislation changes in the country and region (if relevant) • Coordinates the administration process of hiring new employees: work contracts development and follow-up of all the procedure in place • Coordinates the administration process of ending contracts: follow-up of all the procedure in place • Coordinates and makes sure that the employee files are properly kept, according to procedure, up to date and containing all needed documents • Implements all the work contract changes, like: salary changes, Job evaluation changes, etc. • Follow-up the work contracts by type and makes sure that the HR BPs have the up to date correct information regarding the employees • Coordinates the process of the holiday follow-up in the organization by keeping the database clean and correct, as well as providing monthly reports on the evolution to the HR BPs and the business • Coordinates the process of obtaining the work permits of the expatriates • Coordinates the relationship with the relevant work institutions in DRC (e.g. INSS) • Coordinates the administration activities related to employee database (ANAEL/SAGE) by making sure the database is up to date, correct and have a high quality content to support the payroll process • Optimize HR processes (continuous improvement)  • Improve quality data • Strengthen team (capabilities) • Managing Guest House • Providing support to Boukin 
Research & business case regarding e-HR options • Responsible for the preparation of the business information to the management (steer info) and employees as may be advised by the HRM. • Communicate business information to the appropriate group(s) of employees whenever the need arises. • Maintains high level of confidentiality on all related business information.

3. Profil recherché • University Degree in a Social Science Discipline; • At least 5 years of working experience, of which 2 – 3 years must be of HR general experience.
