CUSTOMER PRESENTATION
Our customer is an international Group specializing in Conformity assessment and present in many countries. It is opening the position of Operation Director for its future office in DRC (Kinshasa):
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manages the unit operational procedures
Ensures that all quality and operational procedures, including those transmitted by the SW software provider, are enforced permanently
Quality control of the project during the implementation phase (delivery times, costs etc.)
Coordinates with the provider’s project manager all necessary internal and external actions, relative to the project
Accountable for the service level provided to the SW stakeholders
Manages the daily relationship with the users of the system and ensures their satisfaction
Accountable for operational processes, procedures and organization of the concession, including:
Training of the users
Support to the users
Complaints and claims management
Commercial relationship with the users
Availability and performance of the SW systems
Sustainability and execution of the management of the DRP in case of crisis
Evolutions of the system during the operations phase
Relationships with the providers and partners, including the SW software editor
May ensure the interim of the general manager, especially on the management of daily emergencies and during the implementation phase with a focus on :
Relationships with providers including the SW software editor
Setting up of the SW office during the implementation phase
Ensures the daily management of the operational staff of the concession
Manages the operational reporting and statistics (internal and external)
Maintains the contract review with regards to operational aspects
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Post-graduate diploma
Business knowledge: International trade and logistics
Customer care within a GS activity
Management and organization of a GS operational unit
Ability to manage an activity based on sensitive IT systems

Management: motivation of the team, monitoring of individual actions, organization of a 24/7 activity
