Job Title: EPC PMO Manager

Reports To: Country Head (functionally to Group EPC
PMO manager)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews contracts and closely monitors the initiation, operation/construction and closing phases of projects, to ensure successful kick-off and delivery.
Leads project & programs controls (cost, schedules, procurement, quality & risks) to ensure project is completed on time and below budget.
Leads the follow up with local (EPC) teams to generate accurate & insightful regular reports, dashboards and provide feedback to management, and other key stakeholders.
Coaches and mentors the local EPC team and monitors & maximizes their performance; and helps them meet their targets (financial & operational).
Leads analyses studies to identify areas for improvement and propose optimization solutions.
Leads integration meetings with EPC teams and provide inputs and updates to system meetings.
Leads the EPC improvement projects/initiatives including the digital transformation at Opco level.
IMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Reports any hazards or risks in addition to Accidents/Incident to QHSE department.
Be aware of and complies to IMS Policy.
Abides by Local Legal and Client Requirements.
Attends and engages in IMS Awareness Sessions.
Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
10-20 years of relevant PM and PMO experience in telecom and/or large-scale construction projects.
Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
Skilled in Excel, Microsoft Project or other scheduling software or applications.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Engineering.
Master’s in engineering or management or MBA is a plus.
PMP Certification is desirable.
