DKT DRC is a subsidiary of DKT International with operations in more than 30 countries worldwide. We are looking for a Head of ICT whose task will be to implement the establishment of a professional computer science department and to ensure the further development of existing infrastructures.
He will be directly subordinate to the CEO and will receive the necessary funds in the planning and implementation of his budget expertise.
The ideal person must be 35 years or older, have a university degree in computer science, business administration or a similar field and have experience in running an ICT department in a large, if possible international, company

Responsibility
Under the supervision of the CEO, the Head of ICT will lead the initial and further development of the ICT department. He will be responsible for planning new systems and expanding the organization. In addition to the central location at the headquarters in Kinshasa, the development and expansion of the ICT infrastructure in the provinces is also in his responsibility.
Description of tasks
Ensuring the technical and organizational aspects of all ICT activities at Dkt in Kinshasa and the provinces, as well as the proper execution of these activities by its team members and other service providers.
Actively take care of the further development of the employees entrusted to him.
Be the resource person for all ICT activities at Dkt and ensure that all ICT systems align with Dkt's objectives and enable the other departments to reach their goals
Proactively share information between all the departments.
Participates in the meetings of department heads and contributes to the successful development of Dkt.
Is responsible for the moderate use of the funds entrusted to him .
Perform other skill-related tasks as requested by the CEO or other managers
Level of study and professional experience
University degree in computer science, business administration or a similar field.
Have at least 2 years of experience in leading an ICT team or a department in a company with a powerful and professional IT department.
Demonstrate interest in new ICT trends and best practices.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in French and English.
Ability to explain complex facts in descriptive pictures.
