MISSION :
To drive the sales and operations of a group of site to achieve the business objectives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Profitability
- Build site capacity to deliver the agreed sales and operations targets for the area (group of sites);
- Volumes, gross margins & market share;
- Retail convenience income (quick shop);
- Ensure DSO and overdue are under the agreed target.
People
- Manage, train, coach and motivate dealer staff assuring skills and competence development;
- Achieve CSI targets (6 step Dynamic Service Project);
- Manage the interface with Dealers at site level and support them in achieving targets.
NETWORK
- Complete the asset register annually;
- Meet retail standards;
- Identify and meet customer requirements.
PROFIL RECHERCHE
 Business schools ( Bac + 5 in commercial, economies);
 Bac +4 in Engineering;
 Competencies required;
 Champions Customer Focus.
