MAIN DUTIES:

 

• Do the Installation and Maintenance of Customer on Alvarion VL equipment in area.
• Focus on particular needs from customers in terms of Internet services and nurture our technical relationship with their IT team
• Supports the Regions in the installation of the Internet Network.
• Be the first Support to the Internet Customers Issues in area.
• Do the customer services configurations in laptop, desktop and router.
• Do the pre-sales in line with the customer’s specific needs.
• Provide the Internet customers on Installation and Maintenance Tasks
• Assure the acquisition on new Internet VL customers in area.
• Reporting on VL Internet customer’s installation.
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting on VL installation activities

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

• Graduate in the Telecommunications / IT / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• More than 2 years relevant experience in the ISP Systems Installations.
• Working experience in the configuration Internet links, antenna and other devises.
• WAN/LAN good knowledge
