Main Job Functions
- Optimization of transmission Network
- Ensure that microwave resources are used with effectiveness.
- Keep record of the microwave resources utilization.
- Ensure that the transmission links utilization below the threshold
- Ensure that the records reflect the latest Network information.
- Provide in details integration of new element in the network required microwave as transmission.
- Provide the plan to get the congested links upgraded.
- Ensure the Records reflect the latest Network Information.
- Update Network Changes within 24 hours as indicated on the job orders.
- Assist in determining technical outcomes of Project plans.
- Prioritize Outcomes in terms of critical path analysis.
- Identify Individuals to perform technical outcomes in accordance with project requirements
- Ensure delivery in accordance with project deadlines.
- Follow all applicable policies and procedures.
Education/Qualifications & Experience
- Secondary Diploma
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Radio Transmission or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 Years experience in the Telecommunication sector preferably GSM environment
- Minimum 3 Years working experience.
