  1. 2.    ORGANIZATIONAL POSITION

The Recruitment Officer will be placed under the authority of the Recruitment Director and work in synergy with a team of several colleagues.

  1. 3.    TASKS AND RESPONSABILITY

The Recruitment  Officer will perform the following tasks :

-          Set the profiles of candidates to recruit from the jobs descriptions and customer needs.

-          Analyze and ensure the sorting of Curriculum Vitae (CVs) from the jobs descriptions

-          Lead the recruitment process and define recruitment techniques:

  • Define the criteria and interview questions ;
  • Composing or select and organize test(psychometric, personality, ect)
  • Establish recruitment sheets for each candidate
  • Build a data base for all recruitment areas;
  • Daily monitoring of the movement of selected candidates and candidates sent to customers,
  • Write the ads to be published;
  • Ensure the management and archiving of recruitment files
  • Make report on daily, weekly and monthly basis

-          Provide to customers with candidates meeting the requested profile.

-          Respect deadlines and procedures

-          Good work planning

  1. 5.    BASIC SKILLS

-          Can analyze skills (selection criteria, scoring)

-          Have a sense of work psychology

-          Know to establish a recruitment planning and conduct a job interview

-          Know how to write an ad

-          Know how to negotiate and manage a supplier

-          Know how to establish and follow an administrative process

-          Good communication skills(oral, written, and presentation), ability to speak in public

-          Demonstrated ability to work with others in diversity(Ability to work in a complex and dynamic organizational environment)

-          Ability to work independently;

-          Integrity, honesty  and discretion;

-          Creative thinking and capacity for initiative

  1. 6.    QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

-          HR License, organisation, management, social sciences (Law, Psychology, Sociology, ect) or equivalent diploma;

-          Degree in work psychology (highly desired)

-          At least 2 year experience in the recruitment field

-          Knowledge of the Congolese labor market(fluidity, recruitment period, purveyors business skills etc) and the university system (secondary schools, professional schools, High schools and Universities)

-          Knowledge of HR processes.

-          Excellent writing skills in French and English.

  1. 7.    LANGUAGES

-          Fluent in french

-          Good knowledge of written and spoken English

-          Knowledge of at least one Congolese national language

  1. 8.    KNOWLEDGE IN COMPPUTER

-          Proficient computer skills(Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
