Christian Aid is working with others to end poverty in Africa. At the heart of this vision is transformation of the lives of people who live in poverty, empowering them to have a brighter future.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person who can support the ICT systems and infrastructure used across Christian Aid’s very exciting DRC programme.
The core purpose of the ICT Officer is to ensure that staff working in six offices across the DRC are able to access and use Christian Aid ICT systems. This includes:
The post holder will help solve a wide variety of practical and technical challenges experienced by Christian Aid’s staff, engaging with external suppliers and contractors where necessary.
The ICT Officer is a member of the International ICT Operations team, reporting jointly to the International Operations Manager based in the UK, and the DRC Country Manager in Kinshasa.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to the effectiveness of Christian Aid’s challenging programme which aims to boot poverty out of DRC.
